Thomas Reid’s 2020 EP “Forever Misunderstood” is a minimalistic, and largely instrumental lo-fi hip-hop project, with each song cataloging tiny memories and feelings – building a larger narrative of heartbreak and life-transition. Written largely during Thomas’s time in quarantine living in Los Angeles, the record paints an isolated picture of loneliness in a big city.

The record was fully self-produced by Thomas and features a collaboration between him and longtime collaborator and friend cøzybøy.
